Affiliate disclosure

AIPC.deals earns affiliate commission. When you follow a link from this site to a retailer and buy something, the retailer may pay us a percentage of the sale. You pay the same price either way. This page explains exactly how that works and what it does not affect.

Amazon Associates

AIPC.deals is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Our associate tag is attached to Amazon links automatically at the moment you click, which is why the links on our pages point at our own redirect address rather than carrying a tag in the page itself.

Other retailers

Some systems are sold mainly by the manufacturer rather than through a marketplace. Links to those manufacturers carry no affiliate tag unless we have an affiliate relationship recorded for that retailer, and we still link to them because the reader needs the price. A link without commission is treated exactly like a link with commission in our rankings.

What commission does not affect

The AIPC Score is computed from ten hardware and price components, every one of which is printed on the system page. Commission is not one of them. A machine sold direct by a manufacturer who pays us nothing can and does outrank a machine with a generous commission rate. Our leaderboard, our Finder recommendations, our comparison verdicts and our buying pages all read from the same score.

Prices and timing

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date and time indicated on the page and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on the retailer site at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of that product. We refresh Amazon pricing on a schedule and timestamp every figure we show. Where a price is older than our display threshold we remove the number and ask you to check with the retailer rather than showing you something we cannot stand behind.
