Responsibility for content
Blackcedar Media Limited is responsible for the editorial content of AIPC.deals, including the specifications database, the scoring methodology, the buying guidance and the comparison verdicts. Specifications are recorded from manufacturer documentation and each one carries a source reference. Prices are recorded from retailers, carry a timestamp and are the responsibility of the retailer at the point of sale.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We cannot accept any liability for that third party content. The provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for its content. Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking and no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring of linked content is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of a violation we will remove the link promptly.
Editorial independence
AIPC.deals earns affiliate commission on some outbound retailer links, which is disclosed in the footer of every page and set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page. Commission plays no part in any ranking. The AIPC Score is computed from ten hardware and price components whose weights and normalisation rules are published, and the component breakdown is printed on each system page so that any reader can check the arithmetic. No manufacturer, retailer or advertiser has sight of our rankings before publication, and no payment has been accepted in exchange for a placement, a score or a recommendation.

Display advertising on this site is served by Google AdSense. Advertisers have no influence over editorial content, the specifications database or the scoring methodology, and we do not sell advertising placements inside rankings, comparison tables or buying guidance.
